The ground up redesign of a data-driven, web-based, help desk portal for Unisys. It is responsive, customizable and brand-able. I was the Lead UI/UX Designer on a team of designers and developers that spanned the globe from Unisys, Solution Design Group and The Shinebox. This project progressed from a design proposal in 2013 to being one of the four focal products for Unisys as a whole, in 2014. It won Best Mobile Experience and 2014 Website of the Year at the Liferay Pulse Awards.

The tiles on the home screen are configurable to show the data relevant for each persona that is defined within an organization. The logo, button color (shown here as blue) and background image are customizable for each client.
